That’s why at Canada Swim School, we strive to offer aquatic programs that allow parents to are flexible, affordable, and above all all fun and challenging for their swimmers.
Paying via monthly installments. This option can only be set up by contacting our customer service team directly, but allows clients to pay in installments. This option is available by credit card only. Usually a portion is taken at the time of booking, and monthly installments for the rest of the season.
Make up classes. Miss a class? No problem. Part of CSS’ personalized service is that clients can contact their instructors directly. In the event a client cannot attend a class, as long as they advise their instructor in advance they can reschedule the missed class. Note this is only permitted once per season, but it does allow clients a certain amount of flexibility.
Choose your day, time, location and instructor. When booking swim classes with CSS, clients can choose any available day, time, location and instructor. Our personalized service and adaptable instructors ensure that classes are adapted for each individual swimmer.
Competitive prices. Due to our unique business model, CSS passes on significant savings to its clients. In many cities, the cost of doing private lessons with CSS is equal to or less than the cost of group swim classes with competitors. Suit up!
Fun and challenging. One of our core values is to ensure our swimmers LOVE swimming, while learning in a stimulating and challenging environment. Work hard, get rewarded with a quick game, repeat. Because if kids love what they are doing, they’ll be more keen to learn more and will be more willing to try hard things.
